Criminales en Los Angeles raptan menores para vender sus organos en el Mercado negro. Dos detectives uno Americano y un Latino finalmente consiguen descubir su juego. Ayudados por su jefe, David Carrdine, rsuelven el caso y capturan a los criminals salvando a los niños secuestrados.

Criminals in Los Angeles are kidnapping children to sell their organs in the black market. Two detectives, an American and a Latino finally get a break. Their boss, David Carradine helps them to rescue the last victim, solve the case and capture the criminals.
